Our Shipping Policy The shipping charges include shipping, handling, packaging, tracking number, and up to $100 insurance against loss, theft and damage. We use UPS ground (or USPS) and only ship to the 48 US contiguous states (except WebPosition 4 software,) excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping charge is weight-based and calculated as $4.5 + $0.5 multiplies total pounds, no matter where you live. For example, if your items weight 1lb, the shipping cost will be $5.0; 11lbs, $10; 51lbs, $30. This method makes combine shipping on multiple orders easier. You will see your shipping charge before you complete your check out. If we cannot combine ship, we will call you ASAP and quote your actual shipping charges for your approval. Some items (paper cutting, software) are shipped free of charge. Products normally shipped within 2 business days upon payment cleared. When your order ships you'll receive an email notifying you of the estimated date of arrival and giving you the info you need to track it online. Gift2all also reserves the right to have our package drop shipped by one of our suppliers if necessary. If you should ever receive a broken item in a shipment from us, contact us immediately and be certain to save the original package, and packing materials it came in. The UPS/USPS will need this in order to process an insurance claim. We will take care of all the administrative processes of the insurance claim. Please note that we cannot process insurance claims for dented, torn or otherwise damaged product boxes.
