The Siren Safety Lock uses the same security found in many hotels that allows you to partially open a door to see and speak with visitors while preventing the door from opening further. For additional security a built in alarm will sound if an intruder attempts to open the door. The alarm can alert you to the attempted break in, scare off the attacker, and summon help. One 12V battery included.

FEATURES:
• Siren lock uses a magnetic sensor. Please make sure the distance between the door latch and the mail unit is within 3/8 in. Switch to "ON" and alarm will trigger when the main unit and the stopper are separated, whether the door latch is over or not over the main unit.
• To shut off the alarm, reconnect the main unit and the stopper by close the door, or switch to "OFF" to deactive the unit..
